Water softeners work through a process called ion exchange which eliminates calcium and magnesium from the water. The cartridge is housed in the cabinet of your home. The hard water enters into the mineral tank, which flows through a bed of spherical resin beads. These plastic beads, usually made from polystyrene, are charged with a sodium ion (the opposite of hardness). As water passes through this column of beads it's stripped clean of calcium and magnesium by grabbing onto these minerals and releasing sodium ions. When the bead seizes the mineral ion, the sodium ion is released. The column of resin strips all the hardness out of the water as it passes through the mineral tank, and softened water flows out into your home.
The water softener falls under this category as their common names are water softener, hard water softener, softener for hard water
We also deal in water softener for shower, water softener for washing machine, water softener for shower head
The other names of water softener are softener, ground water softener, Soften water, Soften hard water, Water Softeners, best water softener in india, water softener in india
We are one of the leading manufacturers of Water Softening Plant. Softening by ion exchange resin is also known as Base Exchange softening. Hard, raw water is passed through a bed of cation resin in sodium form. Ca and Mg ions, which cause hardness, are taken up by resin and in exchange sodium ions are relinquished from the resin. Raw water continues to get softened till the resin gets exhausted. We supply these plants to clients at economical prices.

Working Process:
It consists of passing raw water containing hardness through a bed of cation resin in sodium form. The hardness ions Ca & Mg are taken up by resin and in exchange sodium ions are relinquished from the resin. Raw water will continue to get softened till the resin gets exhausted. Bringing back the resin to its original form is called regeneration. Softener resin is regenerated by sodium chloride.
